PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION PERIOD

The 2026 ACDelco July Double Points Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered in Canada by ACDelco, a division of General Motors of Canada Company “GM Canada” (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “ACDelco”) and takes place from 12:00:00 AM (ET) July 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to Canadian Independent Service Centres (“ISC”) who are: (i) are residents of and have a legal business in Canada; (ii) perform vehicle service and repairs for vehicles owners and (iii) are officially registered and fully approved as an ACDelco Professional Service Centre (“PSC”), ACDelco PSC member in the Retail Service Support Program (“PSC RSSP”), ACDelco Automotive Care Experts (“ACE”) or ACDelco Retail Service Support Program (“RSSP Basic”) member by July 31, 2026.

The ISC owner/manager (an “Entrant”) must have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of the promotion. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules (these “Rules”), authorized GM Canada Dealers, ACDelco Distributors and/or jobbers, Fleets, and any other person or entity involved in the administration, execution or fulfillment of this Promotion (including without limitation the Administrator (defined below) as well as their respective employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

For greater certainty, the Entrant must be authorized at the time of promotion (and must remain authorized during and after the Promotion) by the ISC to: (i) provide to GM Canada any and all required information that relates to the ISC for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion in accordance with these Rules; (ii) enter the Promotion on behalf of the ISC; and (iii) agree to be legally bound by these Rules on behalf of the ISC. Each Entrant must ensure the ISC account is in compliance with these Rules.

At any point during or after the Promotion (including, without limitation, after a prize has been awarded), the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Sponsor (including, without limitation, requiring the Entrant to sign a legally binding agreement such as an affidavit), that: (i) the Entrant meets the eligibility requirements specified in these Rules; (ii) the ISC meets the eligibility requirements specified in these Rules; (iii) neither the Entrant nor ISC in any way has knowledge that the Entrant violated these Rules (as determined by GM Canada in its sole and absolute discretion); (v) the Entrant has the legal right to: (a) enter the Promotion on behalf of the ISC; (b) agree to be legally bound by these Rules on behalf of the ISC; and/or (c) consent to the storage, usage and sharing of any personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion for purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion; and/or (vi) is required for any other reason GM Canada deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with these Rules, or for any other reason.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible ACDelco PSC, ACE, PSC RSSP and RSSP Basic accounts (on its own behalf and on behalf of the applicable ISC) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts to be legally bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

PROMOTION DETAILS

In July 2026, eligible ACDelco PSC, ACE, PSC RSSP and RSSP Basic accounts will have the opportunity to earn Bonus Rewards on their ACDelco Gold and GM Genuine Ignition and Switches, ACDelco Gold and GM Genuine Shocks and Struts, GM Genuine Emission, Fuel Injection and Control Modules, GM Genuine Engine Components, GM Genuine Steering and Drive Products, GM Genuine Transmission Components and ACDelco Gold CV Shafts within lines 1, 5, 9, 21, 51, 36, 37 and 58.
Eligible accounts must buy the program purchase monthly minimum of $1,650 in overall ACDelco purchases as reported by their ACDelco suppliers in July 2026 to qualify to receive double rewards on the qualifying line. $325 of the $1,650 in overall ACDelco purchases minimum must be in qualifying promotion parts to qualify for the Bonus Rewards payout.
A maximum of $1,000 in Bonus Rewards will be provided to each qualifying account.
In August 2026, the Administrator will review all eligible purchases as reported by the reporting ACDelco Distributors and determine the total bonus amount for July 2026.
Only net ACDelco Gold and GM Genuine Ignition and Switches, ACDelco Gold and GM Genuine Shocks and Struts, GM Genuine Emission, Fuel Injection and Control Modules, GM Genuine Engine Components, GM Genuine Steering and Drive Products, GM Genuine Transmission Components and ACDelco Gold CV Shafts purchases between July 1-31, 2026 will qualify for bonus rewards. Incorrectly or late net purchases will not qualify.
Eligible accounts that transfer from one ACDelco program to another during the promotion timeframe will receive their bonus rewards based on the program membership as of July 31, 2026. The bonus rewards will be processed as per the regular program rewards payment process.
The maximum percentage an ACDelco ACE account can earn on the qualifying line purchases will be 2% (Total of 4% - 2% paid for their standard July 2026 rewards and another 2% for the Promotion Bonus on qualifying purchases).
The maximum percentage an ACDelco PSC, PSC RSSP and RSSP account can earn on the qualifying line purchases will be 5% (5% paid for their standard July 2026 rewards and another 5% for the Promotion Bonus on qualifying purchases).
Depending on the member rewards specification, the Bonus will be paid out through a reporting distributor rebate or through the Visa rewards. The cardholder on file will earn the Visa rewards. Only the Eligible account cardholder on file will earn the Bonus Visa rewards points.
The Bonus for all ACDelco RSSP Basic accounts will be paid to the owner on file through an Ultimate Dining gift card. Ultimate Dining gift cards are redeemable at select restaurant locations, to check for redeemable locations click here. The value of qualifying gift cards will be rounded down to the nearest dollar due to ordering requirements. Gift card type is subject to change or substitution at ACDelco's discretion based on availability without notice. If the total qualifying gift card amount is $20 or less, ACDelco will offer the option of ACDelco merch of equal value.
By meeting the two promotion purchase minimums, eligible accounts will also earn (1) draw ballot per $100 in qualifying parts purchased (above the $100 in qualifying purchases).
Limit of one (1) ballot per $100 purchase; however, they can make multiple eligible purchases and receive a corresponding number of entries for the promotion (i.e. not limited to maximum in purchases).
A total of twenty (20) ACDelco Merch Prize Packs ($50 value) will be awarded by random National draws in August 2026.
Limit of one (1) prize per ACDelco member account (unique business member).
Prizes will be shipped 8-10 weeks after the end of the draws to the owner and physical business address on file. ACDelco is not responsible for businesses that move or provide an incorrect or undeliverable address.
No registration is required and all active and qualifying members will be automatically entered.
ACDelco KFLT accounts and non-members are excluded from this promotion. GM and other Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors do not qualify.
By opting in where indicated, Entrants agree to receiving communications from ACDelco, at the contact information on file, regarding promotion updates and offers.
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, a purchase must be reported during the promotional period to ACDelco via the proprietary ACDelco eSmart reporting system and will be based on the tagging and reporting completed by the individual Full Line Distributor. Incomplete tagging, reporting and transferring of data as well as late reporting will result in disqualification of the applicable purchase. All tagging in respect must be completed by the Full Line ACDelco Distributor by August 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
ACDelco will review the applicable purchases. The date for pulling and reviewing data is August 10, 2026.
ACDelco reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value, and change, modify or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason.

ADDITIONAL DRAW DETAILS

A total of twenty (20) prizes (“Prizes”) will be awarded for the promotion.
All qualifying entries will be placed into a National draw for twenty (20) ACDelco merch prize packs.
The draws will be held at 1:00 P.M. ET on August 27, 2026 to select the winners from all ballots received in accordance with these Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of Entries received in accordance with these Rules.

Each prize will be awarded to the confirmed winning business Owner. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash. No substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute the prize for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Promotion Parties will not involve themselves in, and the Released Parties (defined below) accept no obligation or liability in respect of, any decision regarding the subsequent distribution, allocation, use or misuse of prize. Limit of one (1) prize per Entrant.
We are not responsible for any outdated email or business addresses on file. It is the participating Entrants responsibility to inform the Sponsor via their administrative office of any contact updates for their membership.

Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email to the business email on file on or about the day after the applicable drawing. A letter will also be mailed. To be declared a winner, each potential winner must first complete an online acceptance form by the deadline (within two weeks) confirming their compliance with the Official Rules. Failure to timely complete the online acceptance form within the specified time for any reason will cause the applicable prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner which will be selected via a subsequent final random draw (from among the applicable remaining Entries received in accordance with these Rules).

If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner after three (3) attempts (combination of email and phone), and the acceptance form is not completed by the noted deadline, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner from the qualifying list will be selected. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within the time limit or declines the applicable prize, a new draw will be administered to select an alternate potential winner. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. If the newly selected winner also fails to respond within the new deadline, they will not be awarded the prize and no further draws will be conducted. Unclaimed prizes from the second re-draw and after the final deadline will not be awarded meaning the promotion may end with less than 20 draw winners.

Prizes will be awarded and delivered to the confirmed winners by the Administrator once all winners are contacted and have confirmed their acceptance. We are not responsible for any outdated email or business addresses on file. It is the participating ISCs responsibility to inform the Sponsor via their administrative office of any contact updates for their membership.

RESTRICTIONS

Only active Canadian PSC, ACE, PSC RSSP and RSSP accounts/members who were official program members as of July 31, 2026 qualify. Non program Independent Service Centres, ACDelco KFLT accounts, Fleets, GM and Non-GM Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors do not qualify.
Only qualifying parts purchased at an authorized reporting ACDelco Canada Distributor qualify.
All ACDelco purchases will be summarized by official ACDelco account codes, as reported by the authorized ACDelco Distributors. Purchases will be calculated using ACDelco’s eSmart purchase Reporting System, using Net purchases (total purchases before tax, less warranty, less returns) and all purchases must be posted to ACDelco via eSmart by August 10, 2026.
All ACDelco part purchases from multiple ACDelco Authorized Full Line Distributors will be combined for the month. Late or inaccurately reported purchases will not be applied. If May purchases are provided late through this reporting, and tagged later – these purchases will not qualify for this promotion.
Incorrectly reported net purchases will not qualify. ACDelco’s records are final in the event of dispute. Backdated or delayed registrations will not qualify.
If an account does not meet the program monthly minimum, as noted above, in overall ACDelco purchases as reported by their supplying ACDelco Distributors in August 2026, they will not receive the double points for their promotion part purchases.
Authorized Distributor reported eSmart data will be reviewed and any combined purchases for non-active accounts – those accounts who in analyzing the data are clearly at different addressed locations (i.e. “double tagging”) will be automatically excluded for this promotion without notice.

TAX STATUS

The Prizes awarded under this Promotion are made by GM Canada to the confirmed winners. Liability (if any) for withholding, reporting or payment of any applicable Federal, Provincial, GST or other sales or Income Tax is the sole responsibility of the confirmed winner, and not ACDelco or GM Canada or any of the other Released Parties.

The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Promotion mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, including, but not limited to: the registration form, website, French version of these Rules, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
