2025 ACDelco Professional Service Centre (PSC) and Professional Service Centre Member in the Retail Service Support Program (PSC RSSP) FALL New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion - Guidelines
Overview
- All Independent Service Centres (ISC), ACDelco Automotive Care Experts (ACE), and ACDelco Retail Service Support Program (RSSP Basic) members who register for the ACDelco Professional Service Centre (PSC) Program or ACDelco Professional Service Centre Member in the Retail Service Support Program (PSC RSSP) between September 1-November 30, 2025, are eligible for the New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion. Only NEW registrants qualify. See complete guidelines below.
- Each ISC needs to officially register for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP by completing the applicable online registration form provided by their Sponsoring ACDelco Distributor or their ACDelco Representative. The ISC must approve the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP agreements contained in the registration form, and be fully approved by their Sponsoring ACDelco Distributor and ACDelco to qualify for this promotion and the Program.
- New qualifying ISCs will be automatically entered into the New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion once their program registration is fully approved by their sponsoring Distributor and ACDelco.
- The new account will have access to all ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP benefits during and after the promotion period - this is on top of the bonus benefits included in the sign-up bonus promotion. Some ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP benefits include Training, Roadside Assistance, Labour Reimbursement, and any applicable program discounts.
- The ACDelco Fall New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion will include a $25.00 CAD Bonus Reward Payment, 50% off the monthly membership fee for a 3-month period (including the registration month), and a free Bonus MyShop training course. This equals savings of over $500 CAD.
- The ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP member’s official registration date will be based on the initial date the registration form was submitted. No backdated registrations or exceptions will qualify for this promotion. Registered accounts prior to September 1st or after November 30th do not qualify for this promotion.
- The ACDelco Fall New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion is for NEW Program members only (existing ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members do not qualify). Accounts must be registered for either the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP Program by the 10th of the month to qualify for the Sign-Up Bonus payment within the same month. If a registration is received after the 10th, the Bonus payment will be processed during the next month’s rewards payment.
- A New Member is considered an ISC, or ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic member who has not been an active ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP Member 6 months prior to this registration date. If a business registers and was a recent PSC or PSC RSSP program member who had cancelled within the last six months, this promotion does not apply and they will not qualify for the bonus or discounts.
- ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic accounts who would like to transfer their current membership to the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP can qualify for the New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion if they transfer and register to PSC or PSC RSSP between September 1-November 30, 2025. The promotion will apply once they are fully approved for the new program. The online ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP registration form is required to be filled out and approved by the various noted parties for the program transition as per the standard registration process. The Info-Line will not be accepting physical registration forms or program transition email requests – standard Registration applies.
- ACDelco reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time in whole or in part for any reason.
- All ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP Registration Guidelines apply to new members including all ACDelco PSC RSSP registrants must have their affiliated Head Office and the Supplying ACDelco Distributor pre-approved by ACDelco Head Office to participate.
Exclusions
- Existing ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP Accounts, Non-Independent Service Centres, Fleets, GM Dealers, Other Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors are not eligible.
- New owners as part of an ownership change who are existing PSC or PSC RSSP members are not eligible for the ACDelco Fall New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion. If a new owner would like to take advantage of this promotion, they can cancel their business’ existing ACDelco membership and re-register for the program. Please note this would not be done automatically and the standard cancellation and registration process will need to be followed including all approvals. If a new owner cancels their membership and re-registers, they will lose their current tier standing and the benefit qualifications for the shop will restart.
- The New Member Sign-Up Bonus cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion or existing membership discount.
- This is a one-time offer and accounts that took advantage of any previous 2025 ACDelco New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotions will not qualify.
$25 Sign-Up Bonus
- The $25.00 Sign-Up Bonus will be paid to the new account either on the new cardholder’s ACDelco Reloadable Visa Card or as a rebate through their reporting ACDelco distributor. This will be determined based on the rewards payment selection the new member selected during the initial registration.
- The benefit of the ACDelco PSC New Member Sign Up Bonus will be to give new program members a head start in earning rewards and will provide them with the opportunity to receive their reloadable Visa card during the first few weeks of their registration (should a Visa Card payment be selected). This will reduce any delays in earning rewards due to Distributor eSmart tagging or late purchase reporting.
- The New Member Sign-Up Bonus is a one-time offer for new and approved members only.
- New accounts must register by the 10th of the month to qualify to earn the Bonus during the registration month. If an account registers after the 10th, the Bonus will be paid the following month during regular rewards processing.
- The New Member Sign Up Bonus is not transferable from one account to another and cannot be converted to cash. The payment method (rebate or reward) can also not be changed from an original request.
- If an ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic account is transferring their membership to the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP to take advantage of the Sign-Up Bonus Promotion, they will have the opportunity to update their rewards payment method as part of their new registration as per the standard process.
- The New Member Sign-Up Bonus will be processed monthly during the regular rewards processing (20th of the month) and will be paid as a separate rewards payment and noted as a Bonus and not combined with regular monthly rewards.
- If the reloadable Visa card is selected as the rewards selection, the new card will be received within 2-3 weeks of the Bonus payment to the cardholder on file.
- If a customer owns multiple shops/businesses and registers more than one location individually (required) onto the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP, all registered and fully approved accounts will qualify for the Bonus.
- If an ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP account registered for the Rewards Program with more than one cardholder and selected the reloadable Visa card as the rewards payment, the total Bonus will be divided between all cards (i.e. $12.50 each for two cardholders on file).
- The ACDelco Program Member is responsible to declare the value of the Sign-Up Bonus to the appropriate tax authorities, along with any of their rewards earnings.
- All ACDelco Rewards Program Guidelines will apply for this Sign-Up Bonus.
50% off First 3-Months Membership Fees
Registration Period: September 1 – November 30, 2025
- The 50% discount on the Monthly Membership Fees offer is valid for the first three months of billing and membership for registrations received and approved between September 1-November 30, 2025, and will start with billing for the month of registration. If a registration is received after the 10th and billing for that specific month has already been processed, the account will be billed for two months during the next month’s membership billing as a reconciliation for the registration month and in-market month. The billing rate will be 50% of the current monthly rate, which is subject to change over the three months.
- ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP accounts will be automatically billed the standard monthly membership rate on the fourth month of membership once the Fall Promotion 50% promotion period ends. The full membership rate will be based on the monthly standard membership rate at that time. All billing will occur through the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor at the time of billing.
- All fees are billed via ACDelco to the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor monthly, to be re-billed by the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor to the Program Member (at the discretion of the Distributor)
- Distributor billing will show an initial invoice and a credit on the same invoice to reflect the accounting change and promotion.
- The 50% off discount only applies to the ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP monthly membership fee and any additional fees incurred for training or other ACDelco items will follow the standard ACDelco billing guidelines
- Accounts can contact the ACDelco Info-Line or their ACDelco Distributor to confirm the current membership rate.
- The membership rate is subject to change at any time and for any reason without notice.
One (1) Free MyShop Training Course – Scheduling Required before Expiry
- As part of the ACDelco PSC New Member Sign-Up Bonus Promotion, new accounts will receive a credit for one (1) customized MyShop Training Course. MyShop training is an exclusive benefit for ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP Tier 4 and 5 accounts and not something offered to new members.
- The ACDelco Info-Line will email a customized coupon for the no charge MyShop training course to the new member to the main contact email provided. The ACDelco Technical Service Manager from the Training Team will contact the new member to coordinate scheduling a date with the business and the sponsoring distributor. It is up to the new member to schedule this training – see expiry date.
- The MyShop will be in-person or virtual based on any guidelines or restrictions at the time of registration and as per scheduled and agreed upon by the member, Distributor and ACDelco Technical Service Manager. All virtual classes will be presented Live, by the Technical Service Manager through our standard training presentation templates. Courses available are dependent on the courses in market at the time of training.
- Each technician will receive attendance for their participation and the ACDelco LMS training website will be updated with their attendance after the training session.
- Expiration: The MyShop must be booked within three months of the registration month and will expire after this date. After this date, only those who attain a PSC Tier 4 or 5 level status will qualify for a MyShop. Accounts must continue to be active members at the time of the scheduled MyShop.
