2024 ACDelco Professional Service Centre (PSC) and Professional Service Centre Member in the Retail Service Support Program (PSC RSSP) April New Member Sign-Up Promotion - Guidelines

Overview

• All Independent Service Centres (ISC), ACDelco Automotive Care Experts (ACE), and ACDelco Retail Service Support Program (RSSP Basic) members who register for the ACDelco Professional Service Centre (PSC) Program or ACDelco Professional Service Centre Member in the Retail Service Support Program (PSC RSSP) between April 1-30, 2024, are eligible for the April PSC and PSC RSSP New Member Sign-Up Promotion. Only NEW registrants qualify. See complete guidelines below.
• Each ISC needs to officially register for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP by completing the applicable online registration form provided by their Sponsoring Distributor or the ACDelco Representative. The ISC must approve the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP agreements contained in the registration form and be fully approved by you and ACDelco to qualify for this promotion.
• New qualifying ISCs will be automatically entered into the New Member Sign-Up Promotion once the program registration is fully approved by the sponsoring Distributor and ACDelco. 
• The April New Member Sign-Up Promotion gives qualifiers 50% off the monthly ACDelco membership fee for a 3-month period of April, May and June (includes the registration month. This equals savings of $180 CAD.
• The ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP member’s official registration date will be based on the initial date the registration form was submitted. No backdated registrations or exceptions will qualify for this promotion. Registered accounts prior to April 1^st or after April 30^th do not qualify for this promotion.
• The April New Member Sign-Up Promotion is for NEW Program members only (existing ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members do not qualify).
• A New Member is considered an ISC, or ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic member who has not been an active ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP Member 6 months prior to their registration date.  If a business registers and was a recent program member who had cancelled in the last six months, this promotion does not apply and they will not qualify for the discounts. 
• ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic accounts who would like to transfer their current membership to the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP can qualify for the April New Member Sign-Up Promotion if they transfer between April 1-30, 2024. The promotion will apply once they are fully approved for the new program. The online ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP registration form is required to be filled out for the program transition as per the standard registration process. The Info-Line will not be accepting physical registration forms or program transition email requests.
• The expectation is a commitment of 12 months of membership from the sign-up date.

• Existing ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP Accounts, Non-Independent Service Centres, Fleets, GM Dealers, Other Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors.
• New owners as part of an ownership change are not eligible for the April New Member Sign-Up Promotion. If a new owner would like to take advantage of this promotion, they can cancel their existing ACDelco membership and re-register for the program. Please note that this would not be done automatically and the standard cancellation process will need to be followed and approved by the ACDelco District Manager.
• If a new owner cancels their membership and re-registers, they will lose their current tier standing and the benefit qualifications for the shop will restart. 
• The April New Member Sign-Up cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion or existing membership discount.  
• This is a one-time offer and accounts that took advantage of a previous New Member Sign-Up Promotion will not qualify.

• All ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP Registration Guidelines apply to new members.
• ACDelco reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time in whole or in part for any reason.

• The 50% discount on the Monthly Membership Fees offer is valid for the first three months of billing for registrations received between April 1-30, 2024, and will include a discount for April, May and June 2024.  If a registration is received after the April 10^th and billing has already been processed, the account will be billed for two months during June membership billing as a reconciliation for April and in market month.
• ACDelco PSC accounts will be automatically billed the regular rate of $122.95 and ACDelco PSC RSSP the regular rate of $92.99 on the fourth month once the promotion has ended. All billing will occur through the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor at the time of billing.
• The new account will have access to all ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP benefits during the promotion period, including Training, Roadside Assistance, Consumer Assurance, and all program discounts.
• All fees are billed via ACDelco to the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor monthly, to be re-billed by the sponsoring ACDelco Distributor to the ISC (at your discretion).
• Distributor billing will show an initial invoice and a credit on the same invoice to reflect the accounting change and promotion.
• The 50% off discount only applies to the ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP monthly membership fee and any additional fees incurred for training or other ACDelco items will follow the standard ACDelco billing guidelines.
