PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION PERIOD

The 2026 Q4 GM Genuine ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP TEN for 10 Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered in Canada by ACDelco, a division of General Motors of Canada Company “GM Canada” (hereinafter the “Sponsor” or “ACDelco”) and takes place from 12:00:00 AM (ET) October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Promotion Period”). The promotion is open only to Canadian ACDelco Professional Service Centre (“PSC”) and Professional Service Centre members in the Retail Service Support Program (“PSC RSSP”) accounts, who, as of September 30, 2026 had signed and were official registered as an ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP Member (“Eligible Account”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to active ACDelco Professional Service Centre (“PSC”) and Professional Service Centre members in the Retail Service Support Program (“PSC RSSP”) businesses who: (i) are residents of and have a legal business in Canada; and (ii) perform vehicle service and repairs for vehicle owners. The ISC owner/manager (an “Entrant”) must have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of the promotion. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Official Rules (these “Rules”), ACDelco Automotive Care Experts, ACDelco Retail Service Support Program and ACDelco Key Fleet accounts, authorized GM Canada Dealers, other non-GM Dealers, ACDelco Distributors and/or jobbers and any other person or entity involved in the administration, execution or fulfillment of this Promotion, including without limitation the Administrator (defined below) as well as their respective employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
For greater certainty, the Entrant must be authorized at the time of registration (and must remain authorized during and after the Promotion) by the ISC to: (i) provide to GM Canada any and all required information that relates to the ISC for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion in accordance with these Rules; (ii) enter the Promotion on behalf of the ISC; and (iii) agree to be legally bound by these Rules on behalf of the ISC. Each Entrant must ensure the ISC account is in compliance with these Rules.
At any point during or after the Promotion (including, without limitation, after a prize has been awarded), the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Sponsor (including, without limitation, requiring the Entrant to sign a legally binding agreement such as an affidavit), that: (i) the Entrant meets the eligibility requirements specified in these Rules; (ii) the ISC meets the eligibility requirements specified in these Rules; (iii) neither the Entrant nor ISC in any way has knowledge that the Entrant violated these Rules (as determined by GM Canada in its sole and absolute discretion); (v) the Entrant has the legal right to: (a) enter the Promotion on behalf of the ISC; (b) agree to be legally bound by these Rules on behalf of the ISC; and/or (c) consent to the storage, usage and sharing of any personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion for purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion; and/or (vi) is required for any other reason GM Canada deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with these Rules, or for any other reason.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant (on its own behalf and on behalf of the applicable ISC) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts to be legally bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

QUALIFYING PROMOTION PARTS

The qualifying promotion parts for this promotion includes GM Genuine Air Conditioning, Brake Parts, Cabin Air Filters, Drive Belts, Hub Bearing Assemblies, Electronics, Emission Control, Exhaust, Frames & Gas Tanks, Fuel Pumps, Exterior Body/Chassis, Ignition Parts, Interior Body Parts, Light Duty Wipers, Motors & Window Regulators, Oil Seals, Radiators, Sheet Metal, Shocks, Steering & Drive Systems, Starter & Alternators, Thermostats/Caps, Transmissions Filters, Transmission Parts, Water Pumps, Wiper Arm/Pump/Part and Wiper Motors Wire & Cable in product lines 01, 02, 04, 05, 08, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 30, 31, 35, 36, 37, 43, 48, 50, 51, 55 and 56. Only qualifying GM Genuine OE Parts in the specified product lines and specific sub lines qualify. ACDelco Gold and Silver parts found within the promotion product lines do not qualify.

PROMOTION DETAILS

ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members can qualify for a 5% or 10% Bonus in Program Rewards on their incremental qualifying GM Genuine part purchases, by meeting their assigned GM Genuine promotion quarterly purchase objective in the fourth quarter of 2026. See “Qualifying Promotion Parts” to confirm the list of qualifying parts.
Qualifying ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members will be assigned and mailed a promotion purchase objective for the 2026 fourth quarter based on the qualifying promotion product lines noted, which will reflect a 10% increase over their 2025 net purchases for those specified product lines.
Accounts must meet all of the following 2025 and 2026 Q4 (Q4 defined as October, November and December) promotion criteria to qualify for the standard promotion and objective calculation, which is the opportunity to earn a 10% Bonus on incremental qualifying GM Genuine promotion parts purchases:
- Be registered for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP Program by October 31, 2025
- Reported purchases over $1,363.50 in qualifying GM Genuine Parts in 2025 Q4 for the combined quarter ($454.50/Month)
- Reported purchases over $1,500 in qualifying GM Genuine Parts purchases in 2026 Q4 for the combined quarter ($500.00/Month)
- Meet the assigned 2026 Fourth Quarter GM Genuine Parts Promotion Objective
- Meet the ACDelco PSC Program monthly Tier 1 minimum purchase level of $1,650.00 in all ACDelco parts for each promotion month, for a minimum of $4,950.00 in overall ACDelco net purchases combined over the 3 months in 2026 Q4 (October, November and December). (GM Parts purchases noted above are included in this quarterly minimum).
For a smaller subset of ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP accounts that have an exception due to their 2025 purchase level or their registration date, their promotion purchase objective will be adjusted based on the scenarios noted in these official rules. See exceptions.
Qualifying accounts must be registered and fully approved for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP as of September 30, 2026 to qualify for this promotion. ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP accounts who register after this deadline can participate in any next quarters’ promotion.
The Q4 2026 promotion Rewards Bonus will be applied as a Bonus and applied after the reconciliation of the total qualifying net promotional purchases at the end of November 2026. The Bonus Rewards Payments will be paid to qualifying ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members based on their payment choice for 2026, either on their reloadable Visa Reward card to the cardholder on file or through an ACDelco Distributor rebate.
A maximum of $1,600 in Bonus Rewards can be earned by the qualifying account.
Eligible accounts that transfer between the ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP during the promotion timeframe will receive their bonus rewards based on the program membership as of December 31, 2026.
If an ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP account cancels their membership in the promotion quarter and re-registers within the same quarter, they will be disqualified from participating in this fourth quarter promotion. They must remain active ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP members for the entire promotional period (October, November, December 2026) to qualify for this promotion. They will have the opportunity to qualify for future promotions. They must be an active account by September 30, 2026 and remain consistently active until the end of the promotion period on December 31, 2026 to qualify for a Bonus.
ACDelco Program member's purchases will be reported directly by the repair facilities’ ACDelco supplier. Only qualifying Full Line ACDelco Distributors qualify to report purchases to ACDelco.
Qualifying ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP members do not need to register and will be automatically entered.
At the end of the quarter, the Administrator will review all eligible ACDelco purchases as reporting by the supplying ACDelco Distributors and determine the total bonus amount earned for each account. Only net purchases between October 1-December 31, 2026 (Q4) will qualify. Incorrectly or late net purchases will not qualify.

PROMOTION OBJECTIVE AND BONUS CALCULATION

Standard Bonus Calculation
Qualifiers: Registered for ACDelco PSC/PSC RSSP as of October 31, 2025 + Reached 2025 Q4 $454.50 Monthly Qualifying Purchase Promotion Minimum in all three Q4 2025 months

Promotion Objective: For accounts who registered for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP as of October 31, 2025 (by the end of the first month of the fourth quarter of 2025), all reported and available qualifying GM Genuine purchase data will be used to calculate the quarterly promotion objective for 2026 Q4. Accounts must meet the minimum of $454.50 in purchases in each month (October, November and December 2025) to qualify for the 2026 Bonus. The promotion objective will be 10% more of their total qualifying GM Genuine 2025 Q4 purchases.
Promotion Bonus: If the account meets their assigned 2026 Q4 promotion objective, they will earn a 10% Bonus on the incremental qualifying GM Genuine promotion parts (incremental over 2025). This is again only applicable for accounts who purchased above the 2025 quarterly minimum of $1,363.50 in the calculated quarterly total (if not they will qualify for an exception below). Maximum Bonus earnback of $1,600.00 for the promotion.

PROMOTION OBJECTIVE AND BONUS EXCEPTIONS – SEE BELOW
Accounts that do not meet the standard promotion eligibility criteria above, but do meet an active registration date and other criteria, can still participate and qualify with modified promotion requirements based on their ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP registration date and the purchase data available at the time of the objective calculations in 2026 using 2025 net purchase data.

Please see the following exceptions, where active members will be categorized in one of the following scenarios to determine their promotion objective, eligibility and Bonus payout (5 or 10%).

All exception scenarios below must still meet the monthly purchase minimum of $1,650.00 in all 2026 Q4 reported ACDelco purchases per promotion month (October, November and December 2026) for a minimum of $4,950.00 in purchases for the quarter to qualify for to participate in this promotion.

EXCEPTION	2026 Q4 PROMO OBJECTIVE
Member as of October 31, 2025, Met the total 2025 Q4 Quarterly Purchase Promotion Minimum of $1,363.50, but had one or more months below the $454.50 monthly purchase minimum. Objective – an objective of $500 will be supplied for the months below $454.50 in purchases	Accounts with October, November and/or December 2025 reported purchases with less than $454.50 in monthly purchases (the set promotion monthly minimum in qualifying GM Genuine parts purchases), will be assigned a $500.00 2026 purchase objective for that month ($454.50 + 10%). 2025 Q4 individual months with purchases above the $454.50 promotion qualifying GM Genuine promotion minimum will be assigned the standard 10% objective on that month’s purchase level. The total quarterly promotion objective will be any imposed minimum objective AND the assigned objective(s), totaling a $1,500.00+ quarterly objective for 2026 Q4.
Member as of October 31, 2025, Did not meet the 2025 Q4 Quarterly Purchase Promotion Minimum of $1,363.50 Objective - An objective of $500 will be supplied for each month and the Bonus on any incremental will be modified at 5% *Modified 5% Promotion.	Accounts with October, November and/or December 2025 reported purchases with less than $454.50 in monthly purchases (the set promotion monthly minimum in qualifying GM Genuine parts purchases), will be assigned $454.50 in adjusted purchases for the month(s) giving them a $500.00 purchase objective for that month ($454.50 + 10%). Therefore, because the total quarterly purchases are lower than $1,363.50, they will be assigned the minimum promotion quarterly purchase objective of $1,500.00 for 2026 Q4. If they meet their promotion objective, they will earn a 5% Bonus on the incremental.
Registered for ACDelco PSC/PSC RSSP between October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 All available qualifying reported GM Genuine purchase data on file will be used to calculate an average quarterly purchase amount to then calculate a 10% objective for the assigned 2026 Q4 promotion objective. *The Bonus on any incremental will be a modified 5%. Accounts registered after September 30, 2026 do not qualify for this quarter’s promotion.	For accounts that registered for the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP as of and after October 1, 2025 (after Q4 2025), all available qualifying reported GM Genuine purchase data on file will be used to calculate an average quarterly purchase amount to then impose a 10% objective for the assigned 2026 Q4 promotion objective. If the total quarterly purchases based on their average purchases is lower than $1,363.50, they will be assigned the minimum promotion purchase objective of $1,500.00 for the 2026 Q4 promotion. If they meet their promotion objective, they will earn a 5% Bonus on the incremental.
ACDelco Program Transfers	If an account transfers from the ACDelco ACE or RSSP Basic programs to the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP by this promotion deadline, all reported qualifying GM Genuine parts data reviewed from both programs to calculate the promotion purchase objective. All promotion and minimum purchase requirements for 2025 Q4, 2026 Q4 and program registration deadlines above apply to program transfers. All applicable noted bonus percentage exceptions apply.

RESTRICTIONS

Only active Canadian ACDelco PSC and PSC RSSP accounts/members who were official program members as of September 30, 2026 may qualify for this Promotion. Non program Independent Service Centres, ACDelco ACE, ACDelco RSSP Basic, ACDelco KFLT, Fleets, GM Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors do not qualify.
Only qualifying parts purchased at an authorized reporting ACDelco Canada Distributor qualify.
All ACDelco purchases will be summarized by official ACDelco Account Codes. Purchases will be calculated using ACDelco’s eSmart purchase Reporting System, using Net purchases (total purchases before tax, less warranty, less returns) and all purchases must be posted by October 10, 2026. All qualifying GM Genuine parts purchased from multiple ACDelco Authorized Full Line Distributors will be combined for the quarter to calculate the earned bonus. Late or inaccurately reported purchases will not be applied. If Q4 purchases are provided late through this reporting, and tagged later – these purchases will not qualify for this promotion. Incorrectly reported net purchases will not qualify. ACDelco’s records are final in the event of dispute.
ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP member owners who own multiple businesses are required to register each business individually to the ACDelco PSC or PSC RSSP, attain a membership for each business and pay the full membership fee for each individually addressed shop if they would like to have each business participate, including earning rewards for each business’ purchases, and participating in promotions.
Authorized ACDelco Distributor reported eSmart purchase data will be reviewed for data integrity. Only purchase data from the qualifying unique business and active member will be accepted. Any incorrectly labelled purchases for non-active member accounts ie. those accounts who in analyzing the data are clearly at different addressed locations will be automatically excluded from monthly ACDelco rewards and promotions without notice.
