OFFICIAL PROMOTION GUIDELINES
 
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The ACDelco 2026 PSC Year End Bonus Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered only in Canada by ACDelco, a division of General Motors of Canada Company “GM Canada” (“Sponsor” or “ACDelco”).  It is based on individual active ACDelco PSC member qualifying purchases made from an active ACDelco Canada Full Line Distributor, purchased from January 1st – December 31st, 2026. 

ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to Canadian Independent Service Centres (“ISC”) who are registered and approved for the ACDelco Professional Service Centre (“PSC”) Program as of August 31, 2025 and opted-in to the ACDelco PSC Rewards Program (“Eligible ACDelco PSC account”).

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL GUIDELINES
By participating in the Promotion, each participating eligible ACDelco PSC account fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Guidelines and the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent promotion administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Qualifying for a bonus is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

PROMOTION GUIDELINES
  • Eligible ACDelco PSC accounts will have to meet or exceed an annual purchase objective comprised of purchasing 10% more in 2026 than the 2025 calendar year (buying more ACDelco products/parts in the full year of 2026 as compared to their ACDelco purchases from 2025). Any reconciled and fulfilled retroactive payments processed in 2025 and 2026 due to the 2-month reconciliation grace period will be taken into consideration while calculating an account’s promotion objective.
  • Accounts must meet the minimum annual ACDelco PSC Program purchase amounts for both 2025 and 2026 to qualify ($19,800). The annual purchase requirement for both years will be based on the minimum purchase requirement in effect as of December 31, 2026. Active accounts with purchases made below the threshold will be disqualified from participating in this Promotion. The maximum incremental purchase amount will be limited to $1,000,000 with a maximum growth of 90% increase year over year.
  • In February 2027, the Administrator will review all ACDelco purchases as reported by the reporting ACDelco Distributors.
The bonus rewards payout will be the percentage outlined below, based on the account’s incremental purchases from calendar year 2026 over calendar year 2025, and the percentage will be based on the ACDelco PSC accounts’ tier level at the time of the 2026 ACDelco PSC Mid-Year Re-Tier (July 2026).
 
  • Bonus percentage calculation will be as follows: Tier 1 - 1%, Tier 2 - 1%, Tier 3 - 1%, Tier 4 - 2%, Tier 5 - 2%.
  • For ACDelco PSC accounts who qualify to participate and do not have a full 12 months of purchase history, an average of their monthly purchases will be taken to calculate their full year objective. Therefore, if they have 6 months of purchases from July-December 2025, an average monthly purchase total will be calculated with the 6 months of purchase data, and applied to the previous 6 months to calculate a full year objective. 
  • To qualify, the ACDelco PSC account must have registered and been approved as an ACDelco PSC member by August 31, 2025.  See restrictions and exceptions noted below.
  • ACDelco PSC accounts must be an active ACDelco PSC member for the full year of 2026 (January 1st – December 31st, 2026) to qualify for the chance to earn a year end bonus. Qualifiers must also be an active ACDelco PSC member at the time of the rewards pay out in first quarter 2027.
  • Qualifying ACDelco PSC Rewards will be paid out as a bonus in the January 2027 rewards period, which will be processed 6-8 weeks after the end of January. Depending on the member rewards specification in January 2027, the Bonus will be paid out through a reporting distributor rebate or on a reloadable Visa card to the cardholder.   • For qualifying accounts with more than one cardholder, the Bonus earned as part of this promotion will be split equally between all cardholders.
  • No registration is required and all active and qualifying ACDelco PSC members will be automatically entered.

RESTRICTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
  • For accounts that switched from the ACDelco ACE, PSC RSSP or RSSP Basic program to the ACDelco PSC program between January 1st – August 31st, 2025, they will have a promotional objective that will include their ACDelco purchases reported during their ACE, PSC RSSP or RSSP Basic membership. Similarly, if an account does not have a full 12 months of purchase history, an average of their monthly purchases will be taken to calculate their full year objective. Accounts that switched from the ACDelco ACE, PSC RSSP or RSSP Basic program to the ACDelco PSC program after August 31, 2025 will not qualify for the 2026 Year End Bonus Promotion.
  • For accounts that had an ownership change and stayed as an active member on the ACDelco PSC Program between August 31, 2025– December 31, 2026, they will qualify for the promotion. The reported purchases made by the previous owner will count towards their qualification. If an account had an owner change but canceled to effectively resign from the ACDelco PSC program between August 31, 2025– December 31, 2026, they will not qualify for the promotion. Accounts must be consistently active to qualify.
  • For accounts that canceled from the ACDelco PSC program and then resigned between August 31, 2025– December 31, 2026, they will not qualify for the promotion. The exception to this rule is the owner did not request to be canceled and the account was accidentally canceled by the distributor.
  • Only active Canadian Professional Service Centre program members/accounts, who were registered and official program members as of August 31, 2025 through to December 31, 2026 may qualify. Accounts that registered after August 31, 2025 and cancelled prior to December 31, 2026 will not qualify for the 2026 Year End Bonus. Accounts that switched from the ACDelco ACE, PSC RSSP or RSSP Basic program to the ACDelco PSC program after August 31, 2025 will not qualify for the 2026 ACDelco PSC Year End Bonus Promotion.
  • If an account qualifies based on their registration and active membership from August 31, 2025 through to December 31, 2026 and qualifies based on the reconciliation of purchases for the 2026 Year-End Bonus and cancels from the PSC program or switches from the ACDelco PSC program to ACE, PSC RSSP or RSSP Basic program after the promotion has ended on December 31, 2026, they will still qualify for the bonus payment (due to qualification throughout their active membership year).
  • All ACDelco purchases will be summarized by official ACDelco PSC account codes. Purchases will be calculated using ACDelco’s eSmart purchase Reporting System, using Net purchases (total purchases before tax less warranty and less returns) and all purchases must be posted by each reporting Distributor to ACDelco by January 10th, 2027. All purchases from multiple ACDelco Authorized Full Line Distributors will be combined for the Bonus calculation.  Late or inaccurately reported purchases will not be applied. Any purchases that are provided late through this reporting will not qualify for this Promotion. Only net purchases of ACDelco products/parts qualify. ACDelco’s records are final in the event of dispute.   Only qualifying Full Line ACDelco Distributors qualify to report purchases to ACDelco.
  • The ACDelco PSC Year End Bonus cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion or existing membership discount.  
  • ACDelco ACE, PSC RSSP, RSSP Basic, KFLT accounts and non-members are excluded from this promotion. GM and other Dealers, Jobbers and ACDelco full line and single Distributors do not qualify.
